Alfred Sollami has over 25 years of experience in the capital markets and currently serves as a Fund Manager and President of Auctus Fund Management a private investment company and hedge fund. Previously Mr. Sollami founded two healthcare investment banks, from 2002 to 2015, Mr. Sollami held the position of CEO at a healthcare investment bank, Summer Street Research Partners. Prior to that, he co-founded the healthcare bank, Leerink Swann & Co. (1995-2002), which was later acquired by Silicon Valley Bank. Mr. Sollami possesses extensive expertise in structuring and executing various healthcare deals, as well as maintaining numerous institutional investor and fund relationships. Mr. Sollami was registered as general securities rep and principal from 1995-2016 and held the Series 7, 24, 63 and SIE licenses.
